With summer just around the corner, and it seemingly getting hotter and hotter each year (at least in San Diego) these awesome easy smoothie recipes from some amazing food bloggers are a great way to cool down!
You guys know that I don't necessarily get my giggles writing about healthy food, but in the heat of summer, a cool refreshingly light smoothie is just what the doctor ordered.
So I've been making so many smoothie recipes from bloggers all over the interwebs. I know, it's not summer yet. But I wanted to get out there and test some recipes so I could share these awesome recipes with you guys. And San Diego has been hot already!
Plus, swimsuit season is coming. I'm not really ready.....so smoothies it is.
I'm not going to tell you this is the end all be all list of great smoothies, there are so many out there. But these are my favorite ones.

Erin over at Well Plated has some absolutely amazing smoothie recipes. This Apple Avocado Smoothie is packed full of flavor, with the ginger adding the perfect kick.
Summer in a Cup Smoothie - Minimalist Baker
A super easy to make smoothie from Minimalist Baker, this Summer in a Cup Smoothie is made with raspberries, bananas, orange juice and pomegranate juice for the deliciously sweet and tart treat. It's also the perfect recipe for popsicles!
Mango Mandarin Smoothie - Oh My Veggies
This Mango Mandarin Smoothie from Oh My Veggies is deliciously sweet with just a touch of cayenne pepper for a perfect little kick!
Kale Pineapple Smoothie - Well Plated
