Dutch Oven Beef Stew

Coat the beef with flour, salt and pepper

Brown in a dutch oven - remove.

Saute onions and garlic

Add mushrooms and cook until liquid has evaporated.

Add red wine and cook a couple of minutes.

Add the beef, stock, bay leaf, soy sauce, coconut sugar, and tomato paste

Cook in a 325F oven for 90 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots and cook another 60-90 minutes
