Preheat the oven to 425°F degrees. Coat the cauliflower in the coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of the salt and the black pepper.

Add the cauliflower to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and cook the cauliflower for 20 minutes.

While the cauliflower is roasting, heat the ghee in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes, until translucent.

Add all the spices and remaining teaspoon of salt and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly to ensure it doesn't burn.
