Crawfish Egg Rolls
Heat roux on medium
Add onions and peppers
Add tomatoes
Add stock
Add crawfish, seasoning & cream
Combine with rice and cheese in a bowl
Roll in egg roll wrappers
Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown.
