Pork Belly Yakisoba

Mix yakisoba sauce ingredients

Fry pork belly in a wok with oil until crisp on the outside. Remove and set aside.

Add mushrooms and cook until soft and liquid absorbed.

Add the onions - cook 1-2 minutes.

Add the red peppers. Cook 1 minute.

Add the cabbage. Cook 1 minute.

Stir in pork belly, noodles and sauce. Toss to combine.

Garnish with green onions.
