Crispy Fried Chicken Feet

Cut nails and scrub feet clean.

Place in a pot with all the ingredients except flour and eggs.

Simmer for 2 hours then drain.

Dip in beaten egg.

Coat in flour.

Fry at 350F degrees for 3-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt.
