Ingredients

– Parsnips – Olive oil – Salt – Black pepper – Honey – Thyme – Bacon – Nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 425F degrees.

Instructions

Toss the parsnips with the olive oil, salt and pepper and spread out onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
