Hot Virginia Dip

Saute the pecans with the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, until they are lightly toasted.

Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.

Place the mixture in a greased 8×8″ or 9×9″ (1.5 quart) baking dish.

Add the pecans on top. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Let sit for 10 minutes then serve with crackers.
