Mini Pavlova 

Whip the egg whites until frothy

Add the sugar and cream of tartar and whip until glossy peaks form.

Fold in the lemon juice and vanilla gently

Use a piping bag to make 3 inch circles with dips in the middle (for filling)

Bake at 225F for 1 hour 15 min. Let cool in the closed oven for 30 minutes. Fill with topping.
