Peach Almond Tart

Place pie weights in crust and bake 375F for 10 minutes. Cool

Roll out almond paste and press into pie crust

Beat the butter and sugar

Add the eggs, almond extract, orange juice and brandy and beat until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Mix in the flour.

Pour it into the pie crust

Top with peaches

Combine crumble ingredients

Top with crumble and bake 350F for 30 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate overnight before servings
