Strawberry Galette

Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl with the lemon juice, almond extract, coconut sugar, and honey and mix well.

Spread a layer of lemon curd or jam on the pie crust

Top with the strawberry mixture

Fold up the edges of the crust

Brush the crust with your egg wash and sprinkle with the raw sugar crystals. Dot the pieces of butter on top

Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve with ice cream.
