Sous Vide London Broil

Salt the London broil on each side (1 teaspoon per side) and let it sit for about 30-90 minutes at room temperature.

Mix the remaining ingredients together.

Place the beef and sauce in a vacuum seal bag and vacuum seal using "moist" setting.

Cook at 132F degrees for 7 hours.

Remove beef from bag and pour drippings in a saucepan. Pat beef dry. Simmer the drippings for 3-4 minutes, until slightly reduced.

Sear beef on high heat for 1 minute per side.

Slice and serve drizzled with sauce.
