Spicy Chicken Ramen
Use a pickin' chicken from the store to make this super easy!
Saute garlic and ginger in butter
Add the chicken stock, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar, sake and rice vinegar and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
Make the noodles while the broth is cooking and drain them.
Add the fixins'
Variations: – Roasted corn kernels add a sweetness to the broth – Sliced red peppers – Sprinkle with peanuts – Chopped baby bok choy or spinach for some green – Any kind of mushroom
