Air Fryer Halloumi
Air Fried Halloumi is beyond scrumptious! The high heat creates a crispy outer crust while the inside remains soft and gooey, making for a delicious snack or appetizer.

- 8 ounces halloumi
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lime
Use a sharp knife to carefully slice the halloumi in ¼" slices.
Lightly spray the inside of the air fryer basket with oil.
Place the halloumi slices in the air fryer in a single layer.
Cook at 390F degrees for 7-8 minutes, until golden brown. **Start checking at 5-6 minutes to ensure the cheese is not overcooking.
Remove, place on a plate and drizzle with honey and fresh squeezed lime juice. Serve.
- If you'd like to make the Halloumi into fries, you can just cut the cheese into smaller strips! This works well if you're feeding kids this recipe.
- Feel free to change up the seasoning if you'd like. You can add anything from smoked paprika to more salt and pepper. Be as creative as you'd like with this!
- This Air Fryer Halloumi goes really well on top of salads! If you're making a salad any time soon, feel free to pair it with this cheese option.
- The awesome thing about Halloumi when it's air fried is that it makes an excellent dipper! Ranch or Tahini sauce goes GREAT with this cheese when air fried.
