Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Fresh strawberries, sweet and tart balsamic vinegar, and a touch of honey make this Strawberry Vinaigrette absolutely incredible.

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more salt and pepper to taste if desired.

Notes

  1. For an extra deep flavor, you can let the strawberries macerate in the vinegar for 30 minutes before blending;
  2. Use a flavored balsamic vinegar for an extra pop of fresh flavor. I like to use grapefruit infused, but there are many varieties out there. 
  3. If you don't have white balsamic vinegar, you can substitute rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar, and increase the honey to 2 tablespoons. However, I highly recommend using white balsamic vinegar for the best flavor.
