  • Popsicle holder

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla in a blender.
  • Blend on medium low speed until fully combined.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and allow to freeze for at least five hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  1. Use whole milk for the best results.
  2. Use any size popsicle holder - you can even use ice cube tray and make mini popsicles.
  3. Try to enjoy these popsicles as soon as possible. While they can last a while in the freezer, the popsicle molds aren't 100% airtight and can lead to freezer burn on them over time.
  4. If you don't have a blender, you can use a food processor instead.
  5. If you want to get really fancy or want to eliminate any alcohol, you can use vanilla bean or paste instead of extract.
