No Bake Oreo Ball Recipe

The perfect quick and easy dessert, these No bake Oreo Balls are mixed with cream cheese and coated with powdered sugar for the most amazing cool treat on a summer day.

Instructions

  • Pulse the Oreos in a food processor or blender until fine crumbs are formed.
  • Mix in the cream cheese until it become like a dough.
  • Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet or plate. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Put ½ cup of powdered sugar in a covered bowl. 
  • Add Oreo balls (in batches of 4-5) to bowl, cover and shake to coat.

Notes

  1. To best finely crush the Oreos, I highly recommend using a food processor.
  2. Make sure the cream cheese is room temperature so it is easy to mix into the Oreo crumbs.
  3. Place the Oreo balls in the freezer for at least 20 minutes before coating with powdered sugar. The freezer helps them to firm up so it is easier to coat them in powdered sugar. It is also nice to eat them cold on a hot summer day!
