Easy Baked Chicken Wings with Thai Satay Marinade
Juicy, crispy and caramelized on the outside, these Thai chicken wings are perfect for game days, Netflix binges or parties!

- 2-3 lbs. chicken wings (wingettes/drumettes)
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the chicken wings. Place in the fridge overnight.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken wings on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning once. Wings should be gooey and caramelized on the outside when done.
Serve with leftover marinade (heated to boiling to destroy the bacteria) and/or peanut dipping sauce.
