Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and sauté the shallots and garlic for 1-2 minutes.

Add long beans and Thai chilies and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Add the pork and break it up into pieces. Cook until the pink is almost gone, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the coconut sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chilies, stock and MSG and cook until the liquid has evaporated and pork is browned and caramelized.
