cook Time:  1 Hour.

Ingredients

YIELD 8 SERVINGS

Prep Time:  10 MNS.

Heat a sous vide water bath to 170°F degrees. Spray 8-4 ounce mason jars with nonstick cooking spray.

1

Crumble the cooked bacon and divide it evenly among the 8 jars.

2

Combine all the remaining ingredients (except green onions) in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and slightly fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.

3

Pour the egg mixture into each jar, filling them about ¾ full, and top with a sprinkle of green onions (about 1 to 2 tablespoons total between all jars).

4

Screw the lids onto the jars until just "finger tight." Basically, once you feel the lid grab the jar, stop tightening. Place the jars in the water bath and cook for 1 hour.
