These quick and easy Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are meaty and delicious with a chorizo filling, smoky flavor and crispy topping!

Why This Recipe Works

 Stuffed mushrooms air fry quickly (in just 5-7 minutes), which is about half the time as they take in the oven.


White mushrooms Unsalted butter Shallot Garlic Ground pork chorizo Cumin Bread crumbs Salt Crème fraiche Cilantro Cotija cheese

Remove the stems from the mushrooms so only the caps remain. Wipe any dirt off the outside of the mushroom caps.


Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, garlic and shallot.

Sauté for 3-5 minutes, until softened and fragrant. Stir in the cumin.

Add the chorizo and cook for 3-5 minutes, until browned.
