Ingredients
• Broccoletti • Unsalted butter • Garlic • Salt • Black pepper
Trim about 1-2 inches of the stems of the broccoletti, removing the tougher, more fibrous parts.
Heat the butter over medium low heat and add the garlic. Sauté until it start to turn very light brown.

Add the broccoletti, salt, chili flakes and pepper and toss to combine.

Add the broth to the pan and cover to let the broccoletti steam, about 7-10 minutes.

Remove lid, continuing to cook until any liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and serve topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh lemon juice.
