Lima beans Chicken stock Ham hock Onion Garlic Black pepper Thyme Cajun seasoning Bay leaf Lemon

Combine all the ingredients (except lemon) in the Instant Pot and pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.


Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then use the quick release to release any remaining pressure.

Make sure you’re using enough broth to cover the beans so they cook properly.
