Ground beef Steak seasoning Avocado oil Hamburgers buns Cheese Pickles Tomato Lettuce Red onion

Heat a sous vide water bath to 130F degrees.


Mix the seasoning in a bowl with the ground beef.

Form into 8 patties about 1-inch thick.

Place in a ziplock freezer bag and use the water displacement method to remove the air from the bag.
