  • Place all the ingredients (except the olive oil) in a food processor and pulse until a paste forms (it's best to leave it a little chunky for texture).
  • Place in a bowl and stir in the olive oil. Serve at room temperature.

Notes

  1. Process into a chunky paste for best results. You don't want it to be totally fine, but not overly chunky either - in between.
  2. Use good quality olive oil and red wine vinegar for the best results.
  3. Always use fresh herbs to make this recipe - dry will give you the same results.
  4. If you don't have a food processor, use a sharp knife to chop the ingredients finely.
