Ingredients
- 2.5 cups portabella mushroom sliced baby
- 1 cup red onions small dice
- 1.5 cups grape tomatoes
- 1 cup bacon crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream 36%
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or any other cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a sauté pan, add the mushrooms, and sauté for 3-5 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Add red onions and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the onions are lightly browned.
- Add grape tomatoes and bacon, and sauté for another 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender.
- Add heavy cream and heat for 1-2 minutes. When bubbles start to form, remove the pan from the heat and add the parsley.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
