Take a one cup measuring cup. Fill with ketchup half way add brown sugar, mustard, and Worcester in same measuring cup. Stir till mixed.
Fill the measuring cup with water and mix again. Set aside
In a frying pan add ground meat, carrots, and celery. Cook untilthe meat is brown. Once browned, strain extra juice. Once meat mixtureis strained, pour the cup of sauce on top of meat mixture and still until wellmixed.
Let mixture simmer on low heat for 5 minutes till sauce is hotand most of the water is evaporated.
Once hot place ½ cup of mixture on a hamburger bun andenjoy.
