Place ingredients (except bacon) into food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth. Should only take about 30 seconds TOPS.
Add the crumbled bacon and pulse until the bacon is distributed throughout the sauce. It's ok if there are pieces of bacon - it gives the sauce texture!
Notes
Cook the bacon really crispy so it's easier to crumble.
If you'd like this to be more of a sauce, add additional water and/or cream (if you prefer an ultra creamy texture) until it reaches your desired consistency.
Use a food processor instead of a blender for a chunkier texture. You can also use a mortar and pestle to mash the ingredients together.
