These air fryer spicy sweet potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with smoky-sweet heat. Tossed in lime juice, honey, cayenne, and a drizzle of chili-infused oil, they hit all the right notes—spicy, tangy, and a little sweet. Perfect as a snack, side dish, or the star of your burrito bowl, they’re quick, easy, and totally addictive.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
Place the mixture in a lined air fryer basket
Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
After 10-12 minutes, shake the basket to rotate the potatoes and return them to the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until they are tender in the center.
Once cooked, transfer to a plate or bowl. Topped with lime, sour cream, and fresh chopped cilantro

Notes
Cut evenly. Keep your sweet potato cubes roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
Don’t skip the shake. Shaking the basket halfway is what gets you crispy edges.
Play with toppings. Hot sauce, feta cheese, or avocado slices are all killer add-ons.
