Instructions
Wash and thinly slice 1.5 pounds ofstrawberries. Add cut strawberries and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well, then refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
After 8 to 12 hours of chilling, transfer the strawberries and their juices to a food processor or blender.Blend until smooth, then set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone,heavy cream, powdered sugar, instant vanilla pudding, and vanilla extract.Whisk well until no lumps remain.
Assemble the tiramisu. Arrange asingle layer of ladyfingers evenly at the bottom of a 9x9-inch or similarbaking dish, cutting them if necessary to fully cover the bottom.
Spread half of the strawberry mixture over the ladyfingers.
Spread half of the cheese mixture over the strawberries
After completing the cheese layer,place a layer of fresh strawberries. Then add another row of ladyfingers andrepeat, spreading half of the remaining strawberry and cheese mixture asbefore.
When all layers are assembled, coverthe dish with a lid or wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to allow theflavors to develop.
After the tiramisu has chilled for 8 hours, itis ready to serve and enjoy.
