This vegetarian bacon recipe is crispy, smoky, savory, and unbelievably easy! Made with soy curls and cooked in the air fryer, it’s perfect for salads, breakfast bowls, sandwiches, and more.

Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, vegetable broth, maplesyrup, smoked paprika, ground garlic, ground onion, and oil to a mediumstockpot. Bring to a boil.
While you bring the mixture to a boil, Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees per the manufacturer's instructions.
Once boiling, remove from heat, add soy curls, and place thelid on top. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove the lid. Place curls in a lined airfryer basket. Place it in the preheated air fryer and air fry for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, mix and cook for an additional 2 to 4minutes, until the curls are crispy.
