To grill, heat the grill to medium heat (about 400°F degrees) and thread the fruit onto bamboo skewers or metal skewers.

Baste with olive oil and place the skewers on the grill. BBQ for about 2-3 minutes per side, until light grill marks form and the fruit has spots of caramelization.

In the meantime, combine the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl and whisk together (you can do this step the day before if you're trying to save time).

Remove the grilled fruit skewers from the grill, drizzle with the chili lime sauce (optional) and serve.
