Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti noodle
- 2 cups fresh basil packed
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ cup Extra Virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 balls burrata cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the box.
- In a small food processor, add sundried tomatoes, garlic, and lemon juice. Pulse for 2 seconds.
- Add olive oil and Parmesan cheese and pulse for an additional 20 seconds till smooth.
- Once well mixed, pour over cooked pasta and toss well.
- Place the burrata cheese ball in the center of the pasta, and it’s ready to serve.
