Equipment

1 Medium bowl
1 Tupperware bowl

Ingredients

2 ⅔ Cups Mayonnaise – The creamy base that ties it all together
⅓ Cup Sweet Chili Sauce – Adds sweetness and that irresistible tang
⅓ Cup Asian Garlic Chili Paste – Spicy garlicky goodness
2 tablespoon White Vinegar – For that punchy acidity
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice – Brightens up the whole party
Green Onions ⅛” bias cut – A fresh, zippy garnish
Chopped Lettuce or Mixed Greens – The cool bed your shrimp will rest on

Instructions

Mix It Up In a medium bowl, combine the mayo, sweet chili sauce, garlic chili paste, vinegar, and lemon juice. Whisk it like you mean it until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and the color of a summer sunset.
Bottle the Magic Pour that glorious concoction into your favorite container. Mason jars are cute, but a Tupperware works just fine. Pop it in the fridge for a spicy glow-up.
Sauce + Shrimp = Heaven Toss frozen shrimp into your air fryer and cook according to the box directions. (You do read the box, right?) Once they’re golden and sizzling, transfer them to a clean bowl. Add ¼ cup of Bang Bang Sauce per 7 oz. of protein and gently fold until every piece is gloriously coated. Lay the saucy shrimp on a bed of lettuce, sprinkle with those pretty green onions, and boom—restaurant vibes at home.
