1can of mushroom soup with ½ can of water.you can use milk for a thicker richer sauce
Instructions
Slice Polenta into ¼:” slices. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Spray lightly with cooking oil. Place a single layer in the air-fryer. Cook at 375 degrees for 17 minutes. Flip after 10 minutes.
Add cooking oil in saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic once oil is hot. Sauté onion and garlic till onions start to become transparent.
Add mushrooms and sauté till tender.
Once mushrooms are tender add soup and water to saucepan. Heat for about 5 minutes or the soup is at the desired temperature.
Place cooked polenta on a plate and top with mushroom sauce.
