When it's hot and steamy outside, I don't always want a heavy, creamy salad dressing. This light and tangy Strawberry Vinaigrette is perfect.
It's fresh, fruity and has the perfect tartness from the vinegar, with some added sweetness from the honey. It's damn good stuff.

Expert Tips
- For an extra deep flavor, you can let the strawberries macerate in the vinegar for 30 minutes before blending;
- Use a flavored balsamic vinegar for an extra pop of fresh flavor. I like to use grapefruit infused, but there are many varieties out there.
- If you don't have white balsamic vinegar, you can substitute rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar, and increase the honey to 2 tablespoons. However, I highly recommend using white balsamic vinegar for the best flavor.
